Distressed Building Assessments for cracked homes and other structures
Next Engineering’s Distressed Building Assessments are conducted by one of our qualified and experienced Structural Engineers. During our comprehensive inspection of the distressed building, we document the signs of structural distress, take levels and understand the site conditions. We then use these observations to prepare our written report which documents the findings (including photos), likely causes, and provides recommendations for rectification or repair.
Slab/Footing and Framing inspections
Following the inspection a report (with photos) will be issued assessing the structures, any issues found, and providing instructions for repair or rectification.
